'globe' white limited edition suitcase by jean-marie massaud for fabbrica pelletterie milano

italian leather goods brand fabbrica pelletterie milano continues its partnership with international designers for their 'in the sign of movement' collection.
the most recent and third addition to the line of luggage is 'globe' by jean-marie massaud who joins previous collaborators stefano giovannoni and marcel wanders
with a suitcase which has been conceived to improve volume capacity, durability and lightness. massuad's design features dual wheels which provide stability,
in combination with the solidity of the material used and the linear shapes of the trolley's overall form. 'globe' is made from 100 per cent pure polycarbonate,
inside and out, which guarantees maximum shock resistance while maintaining an extreme lightness.

'this is a collection entirely dedicated to the most demanding travellers who know which features are important in luggage and prefer quality to transitory fashion.
everything has been designed to improve capacity, quality and lightness. from the wheels to the structure, each component is the result of the same need,
in terms of use: mobility and strength. the shell is flexible and resistant. these qualities increase the luggage's utility, making it adaptable to all types
of transport and situations.' - jean-marie massaud

on the occasion of milan design week 2012, fabbrica pelleterie milano presented the 'travel in white' editions of 'in the sign of movement', which offers massaud's,
giovannoni's and wanders' designs in a limited run of white versions.
